The Application Developer will design, develop, and assist with the launch of efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core Division and Service Line functions and business processes.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Collaborate in the conceptualization, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications. Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.
  • Research, design, documentation, and modification of software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and assist in developing strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Degree within Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
  • 1-3 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, C#, HTML5, and Azure Data Factory
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms and tools for deploying and managing data and applications.
  • Experience in SQL databases for data modeling and querying.
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, and matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
