Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the manager in improving process flow and eliminating waste to achieve quality goals and production output
- Develop new processes to improve processes in the production areas
- New equipment installation and process preparation
- Responsible for implementing and training new associates on Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Ensure that production rates and machine cycle times meet company targets
- Assisting in analyzing cost of new and existing products
- Assisting in procuring and installing new equipment
- Maintaining a safe working environment to minimize injuries
- Other Duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with CNC and other automated equipment
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing implementation.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing is preferred
- Able to communicate fluently in both written and verbal English
- Proficient knowledge and use of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- This position will not support visa sponsorships
- This position will not support relocation costs

This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment.
