My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Change Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in ­­Cambridge, MA (MOSTLY REMOTE). Details for the position are as follows:


Contract role of 9 months, possible extensions. Pay range is $65-75/hr. Hybrid role – 10 days Onsite per Month only.


Job Description:

  • Using a recognized Change Management methodology (e.g. ADKAR or AIM), design and orchestrate a Change Management roadmap for the Digital Category Management project.
  • Drive adoption of Digital Category Management by:
  • Conducting and managing change readiness assessments
  • Designing and actioning engagement plans to increase awareness and desire for the change amongst stakeholders
  • Conducting training needs analysis, develop training plans and conduct training
  • Developing sustainment plans and implement adoption metrics to monitor progress
  • Support communications activities (e.g. leadership comms, workshops, roadshows, townhalls etc), including development of materials in powerpoint / sharepoint etc) and prepare executive ready presentations to explain the Change Management progress and conduct read-outs on the progress with the project team and stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • Experienced with Change Management methodology (preferably ADKAR).
  • Solid experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
  • Bachelors degree required.
