We are hiring a Site Support Technician for a healthcare client in Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a client facing IT Support role
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Ableness to travel to multiple healthcare clinics within the area
  • Travel as needed to other markets.
Logistics:
  • 6 month contract-to-hire
  • $28/hr W2
  • Would convert at $55,000 full time
  • Health insurance and 401k available
Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Verify internet connection to outside world (through Cisco routers, switches, Wireless access points)
  • Verify Wi-Fi coverage throughout building
  • Fail over testing
  • Work with engineers to trouble shoot all problems
  • Verify physical cabling, switch, routers all match designs
  • Scan asset tags , add building and room locations
  • Verify correct count of monitors, keyboards, etc. in each room
  • Test that everything powers on and connected to a data port
  • Be on-site when employees arrive to help, answer questions, and get things running.
  • Computer installation and verification.
  • Validate printing is working properly.
  • Collaborate with and support the clinical training team.
