Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive

growth in the industrial computer market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of

industrial computing and automation, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.


Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand

market share in the industrial/ruggedized computer sector.

 Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to

ensure the achievement of sales goals and objectives and be able to close the sales deals

yourself as appropriate.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders

to drive business development opportunities.

 Identify new market opportunities and potential customers, and develop targeted sales

strategies to capitalize on them.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and

customer support, to ensure alignment and success in achieving sales objectives.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product

development and sales strategies.

 Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to foster a culture

of continuous improvement and excellence within the sales team.

 Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our

products and services and enhance brand visibility.


Qualifications:

 Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on industrial computing and

automation.

 Be able to make the sales calls and close deals as well as or better than members of your sales

team.

 Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to meet and

exceed revenue targets.

 Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial computing technologies and

applications.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and

persuade at all levels of an organization.

 Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 Ability to travel nationally as needed to meet with customers, attend events, and support the

sales team.

 Experience working with independent sales organizations and channel partners is highly

desirable.
