Salary Range: 125-150k annually

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive
growth in the industrial computer market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
industrial computing and automation, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand
market share in the industrial/ruggedized computer sector.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to
ensure the achievement of sales goals and objectives and be able to close the sales deals
yourself as appropriate.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
to drive business development opportunities.
Identify new market opportunities and potential customers, and develop targeted sales
strategies to capitalize on them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and
customer support, to ensure alignment and success in achieving sales objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product
development and sales strategies.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to foster a culture
of continuous improvement and excellence within the sales team.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our
products and services and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on industrial computing and
automation.
Be able to make the sales calls and close deals as well as or better than members of your sales
team.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to meet and
exceed revenue targets.
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial computing technologies and
applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and
persuade at all levels of an organization.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to travel nationally as needed to meet with customers, attend events, and support the
sales team.
Experience working with independent sales organizations and channel partners is highly
desirable.
