IT Research and Development Analyst

Influenceable is seeking an entry level R&D Analyst with a basic understanding of software development, especially JavaScript, and experience with Airtable or other relational databases. Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities: 

  • Fixing/Debugging Scripts: Address errors as they occur to ensure seamless operation.
  • Creating New Scripts: Develop scripts to automate various processes, improving efficiency.
  • Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for our systems and processes.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate on custom Large Language Model (LLM) implementations and other innovative projects.


Qualifications:

  • Basic programming experience, preferably with JavaScript or Python.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and relational databases like Airtable.
  • Basic experience with prompt engineering and working with large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field


The Research and Development Analyst will work alongside Tech Lead, allowing for hands-on training and direct mentorship.


Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Location: Charlotte, NC
