Skills and Experience Required:
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or Statistics
- 2+ years working as Business Analyst and Product Management in gathering and writing requirements
- Experience working in at least one of the Equities, Fixed Income, or FX asset classes
- Prior experience managing small-medium scale projects to completion
- Proficient at excel and other such technical analysis tools
- Building proof of concept designs and products
- Experience with the JIRA and AGILE Methodology of software development
- Must be able to work with cross-functional teams to gather and present product requirements
- Strong attention to detail and work ethics
- Strong communication skills
