Position Overview:

As a Customer Service/Ecommerce Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction on our website. You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues using Gorgias, our customer support platform. In this position, you’ll also gain hands-on experience navigating and managing our Shopify store. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to hone your skills in ecommerce, customer service, and online retail, with the added benefit of learning how to effectively use industry tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media using Gorgias, our customer service platform.
  • Assisting with order issues, product returns, exchanges, and general inquiries.
  • Helping customers navigate our online store and providing assistance with the purchasing process.
  • Collaborating with the ecommerce manager to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Learning how to navigate Shopify and assisting with backend order management, inventory tracking, and product updates.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior customer service representatives or the management team when necessary.
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive brand experience.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer service is required.
  • Familiarity with Shopify is required (experience with ecommerce platforms is a plus).
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with customers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as the role is primarily remote.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
