SUMMARY


Our client is a global CPG company with brands consumers love They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated financial analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions to meet business needs, managing organizational reporting, and overseeing financial planning. You will also troubleshoot defects, provide training and support to end-users, and collaborate with IT and consulting firms on various organizational projects impacting SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Business Solutions and Implementation Support:

  • Identify and develop solutions for business needs and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support the implementation of identified solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems.


Organizational Reporting:

  • Create and manage comprehensive organizational reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the generation and distribution of reports.
  • Utilize reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.


Financial Planning Management:

  • Oversee the financial planning processes, including forecasting (Fcst) and annual operating planning (AOP).
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.


Resource Management:

  • Manage offshore SAC resources in the off-shore Global Business Services group.
  • Coordinate with US based IT teams to ensure the availability and performance of SAC resources.
  • Optimize the allocation and utilization of SAC resources to meet business objectives.


Defect Troubleshooting and Solution Implementation:

  • Identify and troubleshoot system defects.
  • Implement effective solutions to prevent the recurrence of issues.
  • Document defect resolution processes for future reference.


End-User Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users, particularly in the finance department.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
  • Address user queries and issues promptly and effectively.


Collaboration on Organizational Projects:

  • Work closely with IT and consulting firms on various organizational projects impacting SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ensure project objectives are met within the defined timelines and budgets.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s Degree - Finance, Accounting or Business-Related degree
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience and practical exposure preferably in Financial Planning & Analysis with a CPG company
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
  • Results-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
