Job Summary: The SAP SCM/MM Senior Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Materials Management (MM) solutions, with a focus on SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full lifecycle implementations and a proven track record of delivering results. This role requires a high level of accountability, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in SAP S4 HANA SCM/MM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
  • Design, configure, and customize SAP SCM/MM modules to meet business needs.
  • Provide expertise in supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity and performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define solutions, and implement changes.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SCM/MM solutions, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Stay current with SAP S4 HANA updates, best practices, and industry trends.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SCM/MM with a focus on SAP S4 HANA implementations.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and materials management processes.
  • Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to take accountability and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP certification in SCM/MM and/or S4 HANA is a plus.
