Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and flexible individual to assist an executive and their EA in various personal and household tasks. The Household Assistant will primarily be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the executive's home, but also running errands for the team, caring for the executive's children, and occasionally looking after the family dog. This role requires someone who can adapt to a varying schedule, and sometimes being on-call. The ideal candidate will exhibit discretion and respect for the privacy of the executive and their family. Please keep in mind the hours can vary widely depending on the demands of the day and week.


Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the executive's home, including regular cleaning tasks and ensuring a tidy living environment.

Run errands for the executive and their assistant, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other personal tasks.

Care for the executive's children, including transportation to and from school, activities, and appointments.

Occasionally supervise and care for the family dog, including feeding, walking, and ensuring overall well-being.

Assist with special projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times, respecting the privacy of the executive and their family.


Qualifications:

Flexibility to work varying hours, including sometimes being on-call.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a background check.

Proven experience in a similar role, such as a personal assistant, household manager, or nanny.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.


It's a plus if you have...

CPR and First Aid certification.

Previous experience working in a high-profile or executive household.

Pet care experience.


Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

Mileage reimbursement for errands and transportation of children.
