About the opportunity:

Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
Hours: Mon-Fri, typical hours are 6:30 - 3:30 or 7:30 - 4:30
Specialty: Multispecialty - Ortho, ENT, Podiatry, Colorectal, Urology
Center volume: 8 per day currently, looking to be 12-14

Responsibilities:

The Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Oversee center operations including execution of growth strategy, direct P+L responsibility and goal execution
  • Leads or partners with medical executive committee, governing bodies and board of managers to develop clinical guidelines and strategies
  • Leads, mentors, and develops a team of clinical and business professionals
  • Provides team with accountability, training, information and resources to achieve full potential and successfully drive center's performance.
  • Ensure optimal financial performance through leadership in revenue cycle, materials management, and financial reporting.
  • Designs and executes physician recruitment and marketing programs designed to drive case volume growth via partnerships with physicians, medical groups, health system partners, local employers and third party payers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, 2 years of leadership experience
  • ASC, outpatient surgical site experience, or multi-site health experience
Desired Skills:
  • Masters degree in business or healthcare administration
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
