Project Manager

Hybrid- 2-3 days a week from office



You will be responsible for:


  • Project Manager will work with the client team to drive efficiencies/productivity across their creative spend, through partner negotiation, process streamlining and establishing technology pilots.
  • Experienced in various project management methodology including Agile frameworks
  • Expert at driving change management and relevant communications plans
  • Actively participate and lead internal project team and client discussions and status meetings
  • Use data to facilitate decision making
  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with client stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client stakeholders, agency partners and internal delivery teams effectively and professionally, to drive project solution
  • Provide proactive guidance and scenario planning based on established project requirements
  • Identify any risks that could potentially impact timelines and determine viable solutions (alternatives/options)
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities to improve the level of service quality
  • Experience working with and bring in procurement POV

About you:

  • PM with experience in project management and/or digital operations
  • Hands on experience with project management and collaboration software, like MS Project, JIRA, TEAMS, Sharepoint, Box
  • Excellent organization and time management skills and high energy and positive attitude
  • Analytical and comfort with data
  • Ability to manage and excel in process and deadline driven environments
  • Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Comfortable with testing and learning through technology and AI pilots
