We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our engineering team in the development and implementation of new battery management systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new battery management systems
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of components
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including IEC, UL, UN, CSA, IATA, CE, and EN
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems and procedures to ensure high-quality products
  • Collaborate with test engineering, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure products meet certification standards
  • Lead communication on assigned projects and provide issue escalation support to internal and external customers
  • Develop solutions to improve product quality and reduce product cost
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, or process engineering
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, including circuit design, layout, PCBAs, BMS, battery technologies, embedded firmware, and ST and PIC microcontrollers
  • Experience with IEC, UL, UN, CSA, IATA, CE, and EN electrical and regulatory standards
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
