Director Finance – Responsibilities

  • Manage cash flow forecasting
  • Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, analysis and budgeting
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends + areas for improvement
  • Implement best practices for financial operations
  • Manage daily cash reporting
  • Perform/participate in other duties/projects
  • Lead and mentor the finance team with collaborative culture
  • Understanding of general ledger accounting

Director Finance – Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA or CPA required
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience with financial planning and analysis
  • Direct Supervisory experience required
