Job Summary:
Manager, Clinical Technology Develops and manages technology strategies and operations in a localized environment including hospitals and/or MOB's and functions as an expert authority and single point of contact for clinical technology issues, providing integrated managerial oversight and support for areas as defined by the medical groups.
Aligns local planning efforts with Clinical Technology Medical Equipment Consultants, NFS Project Managers, IT Leadership and Medical Group Leaders.
Manages the Service Area-wide maintenance service program for all the medical devices and associated systems and connectivity of those systems including non-traditional environments and equipment.
Coordinates technology management for clinical technology plan implementations with Capital Project Teams to ensure new technologies are delivered on time, on budget and meet technical and operational specs as defined.
Communicates key deliverables, milestones and interdependencies.
Provides leadership and direction to Clinical Technology employees in service area(s).
Job Description:
Our client members are voluntarily terminating their membership faster than ever before; KP NCAL needs to identify improvement efforts and deploy solutions quickly in order to reduce the churn of these members. This role will be focused on researching member terminations, designing interventions and strategies aimed at retaining our commercial, millennial, and low-utilizing populations. They are the highest termination group, the most difficult to recapture/retain and experience is a proven factor driving higher retention. This Contractor will be working closely with a project team to scope, assess, and design actionable interventions to test, with a goal of experience improvement and increased retention in our commercial, millennial, and low utilizing populations.
Key Responsibilities:
This Contractor will support the project team with member interviews, qualitative and quantitative research analysis synthesis, current and future state analysis, journey mapping, persona development, idea generation, operationalization, deployment, and implementation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's required
6-8 years relative experience
Specific Systems Knowledge Required: MS Office Suite, Excel proficient
Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: PowerBI, Tableau
