The HR Director is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing the HR department, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:


HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Forecast HR needs and plan for staffing, training, and development.


Recruitment and Talent Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement talent management and succession planning programs.


Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment and culture.
  • Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts.
