The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience practicing law, with a focus on land use and zoning matters.


Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on land use regulations, zoning ordinances, and development projects.
  • Prepare and review land use applications, zoning permits, and related documentation.
  • Represent clients in administrative hearings, zoning board meetings, and other proceedings.
  • Conduct due diligence and research on property rights, easements, and land use issues.
  • Negotiate agreements and settlements with governmental agencies, developers, and other stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
  • Minimum of four years of experience practicing land use law.
  • Strong understanding of land use regulations, zoning laws, and development processes.
