Job Summary: The purpose of the Project Manager is to work in collaboration with the Sales team, Estimators, and the Installation team to prepare, initiate, and complete projects while focusing on projected budget, timeline, and customer expectations.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Ensure all project details are entered in CRM and ERP as needed
  • Manage the installation calendar for their specified sales rep
  • Coordinate all site deliveries of materials, stone, etc.
  • Coordinate with RG customer service for shipments of all needed materials
  • Conduct site visits to ensure site readiness


Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Follow and give verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on project demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in similar setting
  • OSHA certified preferred
  • CPSI certified preferred

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
