Position Primary Purpose & Mission

  • To effectively complete company‐wide projects through planning, organizing, and directing from start to finish.
  • To proficiently communicate with internal and external stakeholders in identifying continual improvement opportunities and work with these stakeholders to problem‐solve.
  • Help build a healthy community whose members share a common goal, accept personal responsibility, earn each other's respect, excel in their tasks, help each other be successful, participate in the social benefits of being associated with a winning team and Company profits and provide creative, enjoyable opportunities for all.


Reporting Relationships

  • Reports to the Controller and works routinely with all department managers.


Major Responsibilities

  • Gain an understanding of the Company’s processes to optimize the use of integrated and non‐integrated software systems.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize company needs.
  • Initiate the planning process, clearly defining scope, goals, and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables, creating a solid foundation for project execution.
  • Direct project teams by promoting collaboration, resolving conflicts, meeting deadlines, and leading effective and efficient team meetings.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with key stakeholders.


Project Examples

  • Expansion of MRP and other ERP system applications/modules.
  • Integration of disparate sales, marketing, and quality control tools.
  • Enhancement of Shopify/ERP.
  • Many other company initiatives to facilitate growth.


Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively, listening, presenting, writing, speaking.
  • Critical thinking and problem‐ solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and maneuver among information sources/systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow‐ up with attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with people at all levels in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in IT and/or accounting or finance preferred.
  • Hands‐on experience with integrated ERP systems.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft applications.
