Overall:

Analyze the processes in the company, design the CRM workflows in Salesforce, and also provide custom solutions for specific business requirements.


Essential Functions:

1. Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

2. Design and implement robust and scalable solutions to meet business requirements.

3. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft/Workato.

4. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

5. Perform data migrations and manage data within Salesforce.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.

7. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and provide recommendations for enhancements.

8. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.

9. Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed for maintainable and scalable solutions.

10. Provide support and training to end-users and other team members as needed.

11. Uphold Chef Works Core Values.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

2. 5 or more years progressive salesforce development experience to include:

3. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform and its components (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).

4. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.

5. Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and best practices.

6. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

7. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

8. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.

9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Physical Requirements:

Occasional lifting of 10# or less (less than 5% of the time) generally at waist level, some above/below waist, none above shoulders. Use of the phone, Zoom and other meeting systems, up to 20% of the time. Must be able to do desk work, which includes computer work for extended periods of time. Requires standing (less than 5% of the time). Requires use of telephone. Travel of up to 15%, primarily via airplane, required.
