Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Salesforce development, encompassing:
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and its components (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations utilizing REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce data models, security protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
