Position Overview:
As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in constructing and enhancing our CRM framework to facilitate our ambitious growth strategies. Your responsibilities will include assessing business workflows, designing and executing Salesforce solutions, and integrating with various systems to enhance efficiency and expansion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and tailor Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Create robust and scalable solutions to accommodate our rapidly changing business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other platforms, including e-commerce solutions, ERP systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Enhance Salesforce data integrity and performance.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, security protocols, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
