Position Details:
- Location: Earth City, MO (On-Site Only)
- Status: Full-time, Temp to Hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm OR 10am to 7pm
- Compensation: $20.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all members.
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound member calls, quickly gaining a deep understanding of the services and customer needs.
- Follow established procedures and standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality.
Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical call center environment.
- Analytical Skills: Quickly analyze situations and understand their implications for other groups within Archimedes.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, gather and analyze information skillfully, and develop alternative solutions.
- Customer Service: Manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and meet commitments with a high sense of urgency.
- Written Communication: Write clearly and informatively, edit work for spelling and grammar, and present numerical data effectively.
- Teamwork: Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibit openness to others' views, and contribute to building a positive team spirit.
- Organizational Support: Follow policies and procedures, complete administrative tasks correctly and on time, and support the organization's goals and values.
- Judgment and Motivation: Display sound judgment, make timely decisions, set and achieve challenging goals, and overcome obstacles.
