HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, providing expertise and fostering strong client partnerships.
- Build and expand relationships with hiring managers, becoming a trusted business consultant on staffing solutions.

- Collaborate closely with internal delivery and leadership teams to ensure client goals are met and exceeded.
- Use CRM and ATS systems effectively to manage client interactions and drive performance.
ARE YOU A CLIENT DEVELOPMENT ROCK STAR?
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in account management and business development within the staffing industry.
- Skills: Proven ability to engage and build strong relationships with new contacts, manage and expand client accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
- Personal Qualities: Self-driven, collaborative, communicative, proactive, adaptive, and a team player with a passion for sales.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with CRM and ATS systems to manage leads and client interactions, and to meet performance metrics.
