About the Company:

Our client is looking for multiple call center customer service reps to join their team on a contract basis. This contract will run until the end of the year and pays between $14.50-$17.50hr based on experience. You do not have to have experience for the role Main qualification is must be comfortable on the phone and computer. Currently interviewing candidates and have immediate start dates lined up for first day orientations on October 14th & 21st.


Responsibilities:

  • Supports consumers during the application process by gathering additional information and assisting them in completing the necessary forms. This role collaborates with multiple internal departments and communicates all requirements and updates to applicants through inbound and outbound calls and emails.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of 1 year Call Center Customer Experience is preferred but not required


Required Skills:

  • Must be comfortable on the phones and computer (talk and type at the same time)
  • Quick learner
  • Can Interview & Start ASAP
