Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute growth marketing strategies for user acquisition and engagement in life sciences; explore new growth opportunities and channels.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (PPC, social media, email, SEO); manage budgets and track performance to meet growth goals.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics to measure campaign success, track KPIs, and provide insights; prepare and present reports on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on life sciences trends and regulatory changes; translate technical information into engaging marketing materials.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research to understand target audiences; develop customer personas and journey maps to improve targeting.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with business goals and enhance efforts.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Explore new marketing techniques, perform A/B testing, and optimize strategies to boost effectiveness and conversion rates.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the life sciences or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in driving marketing campaigns and growth initiatives with a focus on data-driven results.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Experience in translating concepts into accessible and engaging marketing content.
  • Hybrid in office Tuesday - Thursday in Austin, TX.
