Responsibilities of the Bilingual Medical Assistant:

  • Field a high volume of client calls and answer inquiries effectively and efficiently

  • Provide initial consultations in a pleasant and caring manner
  • Gather patient records and medical history information
  • Manage and maintain records, files, and online databases
  • Provide administrative assistance to the attorneys when necessary
  • All other tasks and projects as needed


Requirements of the Bilingual Medical Assistant:

  • Spanish fluency required – reading, writing, & speaking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Pleasant and mature demeanor
  • Strong ability to balance competing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
