Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Palm House in Palm Beach, FL. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, training, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. This role involves collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.


Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and performance management processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience
