As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and product marketing teams with digital marketing strategy, which includes creating effective social and online campaigns, as well as designing content and implementing these across a spectrum of digital media. You will play an instrumental role in realizing Amsino’s goals of improved brand recognition, lead generation, and improving sales success. Successful candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and robust benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Drive effective lead generation through digital marketing. Design and execute Amsino’s digital strategy to engage with its target customer segments and buyers in the B2B healthcare space, particularly in support of GPOs and the Acute Care segment. This includes designing and implementing campaigns across a range of digital media that delivers positive ROI at or below Cost of Acquisition targets.
- Digital Brand Building: Be our digital brand champion, including continuous refinement and enhancement of our corporate website and blog, as well as presence across social media platforms and through email marketing.
- Content Creation: Create compelling, creative, and engaging digital content that helps build brand awareness and differentiate Amsino’s products. Content should generate customer inquiries, encourage customer retention, and drive an increase in sales, market share, and brand awareness. Collaborate and support product marketing team to design collateral and sales tools.
- Media and Spend Optimization: Recommend marketing spend across various channels and platforms, including website, SEO/SEM, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns to deliver highest marketing ROI. Drive continuous learning and improvement by analyzing and reviewing digital campaign effectiveness, including comparisons with different online platforms and offline programs in meeting brand building and sales objectives.
Core Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; specialization in digital marketing and/or MBA would be a plus.
- Experience: No experience required, though 1-2 years of marketing experience is preferred. Ideally an interest or prior educational focus in digital marketing with experience in a healthcare or B2B environment a plus. Desire to become a domain expert in brand building, customer engagement, and sales enablement. Must have basic understanding of SEO, SEM and social media management and analytical tools. Knowledge of website content management systems a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Customer oriented, self-starter, team player, strong written and verbal communication skills, fast learner, open to being coached and developed, able to connect with others easily, excellent project management and prioritization skills.
- Computer and Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Design tools (Canva or similar); Email marketing platform (HubSpot, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.); Digital Media Platforms and Analytical Tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Metricool); Website design (WordPress, Expression Engine or similar).
Compensation
This is an exempt salaried position. A competitive base salary and robust benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
