Job Title: Activation Coordinator / Marketing Coordinator

Duration: 02 Months + (Possible Extension)

Location: Knoxville or Hudson Yards, TN (Hybrid)

Pay Rate:$30.00 /hour without benefits



Description:

  • About: The opportunity to support high profile programs and marketing initiatives across well-known media brands.


Team culture/work environment:

  • Executes sold sponsorships and marketing campaigns for advertisers across linear television networks, streaming, and digital.
  • Split between Knoxville and New York
  • Interacts with many cross-functional teams across the organization as well as diverse clients and agencies.


Purpose of this team:

  • Executes sold sponsorships and marketing campaigns for advertisers across linear television networks, streaming, and digital.
  • Role is a support role to assist with administrative task as directed.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Gather, organize, and manage assets for sponsor content integration projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to coordinate sponsorship needs and deliverables
  • Communicate with clients, agencies, Account Executives, and internal production groups regarding timelines, mockups, and other sponsorship details.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of all custom creative
  • Maintain detailed project records in a centralized system
  • Generate reports to summarize project statuses
  • Provide support to overall marketing activation team as directed


Technology requirements:

  • Sharp understanding of all digital platforms (web, video, mobile, social)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required


Degree or certifications required:

  • Bachelors degree


Years experience:

  • 0-3 years prior experience in advertising sales, media, or digital marketing.


Required background/ Skillsets:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience, internships, or coursework in advertising sales, media, or digital marketing


Skills Required:

  • Project management experience
  • Social Media Management experience
  • Client facing communication

  • Video production interest
  • Graphic design interest
