Our client, a cutting edge FinTech firm servicing the Alternative Investment space, has engaged Cyperus Group to help them find a Connectivity &Trade Process Mapping Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and will be eager to participate in high impact strategic initiatives with senior leadership visibility.

The person in this role will also own engaging with data providers and vendors to manage all aspects of client data integration including General Ledger integration, Geneva Advent, Eze Castle, Invest Tran and SWIFT. Candidate MUST know and understand OMS connectivity - specifically Advent/Geneva or Bloomberg AIM.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge in General Ledger posting, Cash, Transactions and Positions reconciliations in

Equities, Fixed Income, OTC products.

  • Experience in implementing strategic interfaces with vendors and other data providers.

Role and Responsibilities Will Include, But not Limited To:

dependencies.

  • Multitasking – Manage individual tasks and deliverables to successful completion.
  • Manage Change – Ability to work in an ever-changing environment and adapt quickly.
  • Leadership – become one of the key players in building and maintaining global vendors

and OMS relationships.

SkillSet:

  • Solid understanding of operational processes is required
  • Experience in technical analysis, solutioning and product development a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and delivery track record.
  • Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently or work in group setting.
  • Ability to understand and leverage systems/tools quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
