Job Summary:


We are excited to invite applications for the role of Restaurant Chef. As a key leader in the culinary team, you will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and guide the culinary staff to ensure the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality. In this role, you will also ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations, as well as maintain adherence to company policies and brand standards.


Salary: $75,000.00 + Bonus


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually stunning and flavorful dishes, turning every meal into a memorable dining experience.
  • Direct daily kitchen operations, including mentoring and developing a talented culinary team.
  • Respond to and address guest feedback, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director in planning special events and menus.
  • Work closely with the finance team to forecast, plan, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Fluency in the local language(s) is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational prowess, and excellent cleanliness standards.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and be a player as well, work collaboratively, and adapt to a dynamic, high-demand environment.
