About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee the electrical installation and maintenance of our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities on commercial construction projects.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Manage a team of electrical technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the project.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and control systems.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid electrical licenses and certifications.
