We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing tool and equipment utilization, leading weekly Superintendent Meetings and Site Safety Meetings, mentoring Assistant Superintendents and Foremen, and performing reviews of direct report personnel. You will also be responsible for ensuring project(s) operate within budget and liaising with clients to build strong working relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading national multifamily developer, ranked in the Top 10 in the country. You will be working out of our Charlotte, NC office and will be responsible for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the opportunity to travel around the South Carolina region as needed.

This position offers a salary of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, as well as commission, bonus, and other perks. You will also be eligible for benefits, including vacation/PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k, and bonus.
