Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative industrial automation products and services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of industrial automation technologies, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.


Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our industrial automation solutions.
  4. Collaborate with the internal sales and technical teams to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  7. Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  8. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate leads.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the industrial automation or related technology field.
  2. Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and their applications.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  4. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
