Associate Attorney


Responsibilities

• Managing caseload for pre-suit, litigation, and post-suit matters

• Preparing legal pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and other filings

• Conducting legal and factual research on various case-related issues

• Analyzing and strategizing legal claims and defenses

• Communicating with clients, team, and partners, providing timely reporting

• Appearing in court hearings and depositions


Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with 2+ years of experience

• Active Missouri law license; Kansas, Illinois or other additional license a plus

• Courtroom experience preferred

• Excellent analytic, research and writing skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
