Job Description:



  • Design and develop IVR call flows and AI-powered conversational bots using tools like Avaya OD, AEP, and Google Dialog Flow CX.
  • Lead the migration of contact center applications from traditional systems to conversational AI platforms.
  • Create and integrate conversational IVR flows and Dialogflow agents with backend systems and RESTful APIs using Java.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and deployment to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with product teams for requirements gathering, sprint planning, and Agile scrum ceremonies.
  • Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Implement speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain Avaya Experience Portal, configure campaign dialers, and monitor servers for IVR applications.
  • Develop and maintain design documents, SOPs, and provide production support to ensure system stability.
