What You'll Do:

• Enter, Send and Update PO's, working with our Vendors, Factories and within Netsuite

• Work with our team in Asia and partners to keep dates updated and accurate in Netsuite

• Support Merchant and Planner with re-order suggestions

• Support Merchandising team by running sales data, compiling reports, and sharing reports

• Work with Warehouse on Receiving questions and POs

• Work with Accounting on PO questions, auditing, and invoicing questions

• Assist Special Order team when needed

• Create and Maintain SKUs and their accuracy


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred

• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to meet deadlines while working in a multi-priority environment

• Good decision making skills and the ability to problem solve effectively

• Anticipate risks and identify contingency plans to prevent disruptions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Cultivate strong working relationships across multiple cross-functional partners to ensure business

success

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, set goals, and execute successfully
