Brief Overview:

The Senior Full Stack Developer is at the heart of revolutionizing our enterprise solutions. Reporting directly to the VP of Product and Technology, you will lead the charge in designing, developing, and deploying innovative applications that drive our success. JOB Responsibilities:

  • Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, ASP .Net and C# .Net
  • Prepare and maintain code for various applications and resolve any defects in systems
  • Prepare test-based applications for various applications
  • Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
  • Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems
  • Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
  • Create technical specifications and test plans
  • Monitor everyday activities of system and provide require support

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable of a wide range of tools and technologies in software development including GitLab, C#, and AWS (Salesforce knowledge a plus)
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience
  • 7+ years of design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture
  • Strong background in object-oriented development techniques
  • Solution Design Patterns and Best Practices
  • Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Experience with Web Services, REST and Service Oriented Architecture
  • Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) and JIRA
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
  • A self-starter with a passion for technology and knowledge
  • Ability to solve non-standard problems with an innovative approach
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Priority setting and handling
  • Effective leadership to guide and mentor a team of developers ensuring successful outcomes
  • Ability to coordinate efforts across team lines and effectively manage multiple tasks within projects
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and relationship building skills.
