Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to oversee our firm's financial operations and fund administration. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in venture capital/private equity, financial modeling, and corporate development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial operations and reporting for the firm's portfolio of VC fund of fund and co-investments
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for fund analysis and performance tracking
  • Oversee fund administration, including capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators
  • Support due diligence processes and onboarding for new fund investments
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance metrics
  • Financial and operational reporting to the firm’s board of directors


Required Qualifications
  •  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in venture capital, fund administration, or related financial services
  • Strong background in financial modeling and venture capital operations
  • Deep understanding of fund structures, partnership accounting, and investment operations
  • Experience with fund administration systems and financial reporting tools
  • Proven track record in managing complex financial operations


Desired Skills
  •  MBA in Finance or related field from a top-tier institution preferred
  • Advanced financial modeling and analysis capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of venture capital and private equity ecosystems
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience with fund-of-funds structures and operations
  • Experience with Addepar
