Job Title: Workday Reporting Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, FL Metro Area / Remote with Travel

Employment Type: Full Time | Direct Hire


Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and the Workday platform (with an accounting or finance background). This role will focus on generating insightful reports and analytics to support decision-making processes across the organization. This individual will be an SME aligned to either the Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain and HCM modules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Report Development: Design, create, and maintain complex reports and dashboards within Workday to meet the reporting needs of various departments.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large sets of data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to understand their reporting requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Workday by performing regular audits and validations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on report generation and usage of analytics tools within Workday.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices for reporting processes and data management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes, methodologies, and training materials.
  • Project Participation: Collaborate on cross-functional projects related to Workday reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, preferably with Workday.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Strong understanding of reporting tools and data visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and modules (e.g., Workday Report Writer, EIB, Prism Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certification(s) in reporting or analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
