Job Title: Project Assistant


Overview:

We are in search of a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Assistant. The Project Assistant will provide essential support to our management team, assisting in various tasks to ensure the successful execution of project and workstreams.

 

This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining project files and records.

Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, and stakeholders project team members, facilitating communication and ensuring all parties are informed of project progress and updates.

Documentation: Assist in the creation and upkeep of project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and deadlines across various project team members, ensuring that project and other milestones are met on time and within budget.

Quality Assurance: Assist in quality assurance processes by reviewing deliverables for accuracy and completeness before submission to clients or stakeholders.

Research: Conduct research as needed to support project objectives, including gathering information on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.

Second Set of Eyes on Key Emails: Provide a second set of eyes on key emails before they are sent out, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and accuracy in messaging.

Familiarity with ChatGPT-like Systems and Generative AI for Images: While not required, familiarity with ChatGPT-like systems and generative AI for images would be a significant plus, as it may involve working on projects related to these technologies or collaborating with teams that utilize them.

Interest in AI and Robotics: While not required, an interest in AI and robotics would be beneficial, as it may involve working on projects related to these domains or collaborating with teams that specialize in them.

Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support to as needed, including assisting with special projects or initiatives.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree required.

Previous experience in a project assistant or similar role is preferred.

Careful and disciplined writer and editor

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Great opportunities to advance

Familiarity with ChatGPT-like systems and generative AI for images is a big plus.

Interest in AI and robotics will make the job more interesting, but is not required.
