Are you a career-driven professional looking to take your first step into the world of enterprise healthcare software sales? OSP is seeking a Sales Intern, like a full-time Sales Development Representative. Candidates must be able to think on their feet, take the initiative to assist their team, and be willing to contribute new ideas to already established processes. Interns will receive comprehensive training to prepare them for a rewarding sales career.


As a Sales Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist OSP's VP of Sales by organizing and carrying out activities for creating a sales pipeline
  • Perform sales operations and administrative duties as needed
  • Working closely with the marketing team on an integration campaign to qualify potential prospects
  • Use sales and marketing technologies to prospect and manage your outreach
  • Connect with targeted prospects to deliver the OSP value proposition
  • Outbound prospects and generate qualified sales opportunities for sales reps.
  • Outreach - this role requires calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages regularly
  • Assist with providing digital health services information to prospective customers

Role Description

This is an internship for a Sales Intern located in Irving, TX. As a Sales Intern, you will assist the sales team in day-to-day tasks. This is an on-site role where you will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in the healthcare technology industry.


As an OSP Intern:

  • The first week of Onboarding, just like a full-time employee
  • Weekly sessions working with Sales and Marketing leaders about campaign briefing
  • An approach with different touch points in integrated campaigns
  • You will learn how to Handle objections and conduct follow-up communications to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • How to work towards achieving monthly goals and KPIs.
