ReviveMed is an MIT spinout, AI-based metabolomic platform for precision medicine. Metabolites, small molecules such as glucose and cholesterol, offer crucial insights into disease, patient physiology, and immune system activity, but current platforms can only detect less than 5% of human metabolites, hindering biological discoveries. We have developed the most advanced AI models capable of identifying more than 10,000 metabolite signals per patient, providing 20 times more data than any other platform. This wealth of data facilitates novel discoveries, which were not possible before. ReviveMed partners with pharma companies while also concentrating on internal programs.
The Role
We are looking for an exceptional data scientist join our exceptional team. We have a fast-paced, high-performance, and result-oriented culture, looking for candidates hungry for learning. The preferred candidate will bring relevant experience, entrepreneurial drive, and a passion for advancing our vision.
Qualifications
· Ph.D. or MS degree in Computer Science or related fields; 2-5 years of work experience preferred, but we will consider strong candidates with less experience
· Extensive experience in leveraging Deep Learning ( ANN, CNN, RNN, Auto-encoders, GAN, etc.)
· Strong understanding of the underlying math and learning concepts in these algorithms
· Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.) and deep learning hardware (CPU, GPU, multi-node)
· Self-motivated, highly disciplined, passionate about learning and making a change in the world
