Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team supporting US Digital Marketing. This team member will be responsible for maintaining a disciplined approach to customer engagement by ensuring data & analytics excellence for the US marketing team and driving best practices and consistency in our media and website strategy. This role will also serve as a digital subject matter expert in partnering with the marketing team members to ensure we have the internal and external support needed for successful strategic planning, execution, data gathering, and insights generation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in digital media, channel/platform selection, emerging marketing technologies, and data-privacy and regulatory requirements to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies in alignment with compliance standards.
- Ensure portfolio (Branded and Unbranded) OOP media spend targets are adhered to.
- Partner with internal and agency vendors in developing analytical models to consistently monitor performance of our various channels and manage issue resolution, while allowing us to refine tactics, personalize content, and optimize our promotional mix.
- Ensure consistent coordination of media plan development and approval, launch-specific performance readouts and manage monthly social editorial calendar regulatory review and approval.
- Translate complex analytics and data into actionable insights that can be shared with stakeholders and leadership teams. Establish a data feedback loop of all personal and non-personal promotional initiatives.
- Represent the business unit in cross-functional forums such as quarterly Analytical Coordination Forum, Digital Consistency Workstream with Regulatory
Qualifications:
- 8+ years combined experience in one or more of the following: pharmaceutical marketing, digital marketing, data science, business intelligence, healthcare advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related technical discipline.
- Project management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with brand teams, technology, digital strategy, field teams, legal, and privacy.
- Understanding of digital tactics such as web, social, CRM, media, etc.
This is a hybrid/on-site role based in Boston, MA (3 days onsite, 2 days flexible for remote weekly).
