Company Overview:

We’re supporting a sophisticated retailer with a range of incredible products. They are looking for a talented eCommerce Manager to join the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the eCommerce & digital strategy, focusing on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Utilize the Shopify platform to optimize website performance and enhance user experience.
  • Implement and analyze key performance metrics using analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Build and manage relationships with affiliates and influencers to expand their online presence and drive incremental sales.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends & customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in the retail/CPG industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing eCommerce websites and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and other eCommerce technologies.
  • Experience of managing P&Ls in previous roles
  • Hands-on experience of running paid ads (Google Ads ideally)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo, for customer segmentation and automation.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and optimization techniques.
  • Exposure to HTML, CSS, and web design principles, and an understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills
