Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager at MDRSC in Russell Springs, KY. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating with various stakeholders. They will be involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management. The Program Manager will also monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure project goals and objectives are met.


Qualifications

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, as well as understand their needs and concerns.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Maintain effective communication channels to provide regular project updates to all relevant parties.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Mentor and guide project team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on best practices and processes.
  • Monitor program progress and ensure that goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Communicate program status to stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the program process and develop strategies to address them.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas of opportunity.


Profile

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration).

5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Automotive Industry.

Experience in Automotive Manufacturing (Plastic IM, Assembly, Paint preferred)

Experience working directly with OEM (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, etc.)

Strong knowledge of automotive project management methodologies and best practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

PMP or related certification is a plus.
