As a Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the leasing operations of our client's real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring high occupancy rates, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing all leasing activities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all leasing activities, including showing properties, processing applications, and executing leases.
- Ensure high occupancy rates by implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing transactions and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants.
- Address and resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and mentor leasing staff, providing guidance and support to achieve leasing goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a collaborative team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leasing management or a related field within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving high occupancy rates and leasing goals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
