  • Assisting in the preparation quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements in accordance with GAAP and support annual audits
  • Assisting with technology implementation and other ad hoc projects in support of the finance/operations, deal team, and marketing


Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Understanding of limited partnership structures, accounting and reporting practices
  • Knowledge of investment accounting principles under US GAAP and financial reporting concepts
  • A mix of public and private experience (private equity or private credit) preferred
  • CPA or MBA preferred
